SONG OF THE DREAMER FW17

For our 10th Anniversary, we want to celebrate and reconnect with Earth, the evolution of BVisag as a brand which has taken us up to this point where we are standing today.

“SONG OF A DREAMER FW17” is inspired by the Shipibo Art from the Peruvian Amazonia creating a contemporary appreciation of the “unknown”.
The Shipibo motifs are a visual song that represents their world, a representation of their visual exchange of energy and shapes.
In this season, we reinterpret the woman Shipibo beauty by capturing their songs on our clothes.
White and black is the base of the palette, mixing geometrical patterns and motifs with emeralds, deep reds and salmon with yellow accents creating a bohemian silhouette.
Handmade and handcrafted natural objects show the respect and reconnection with mother Earth.
This beautiful interpretation of tribal-inspired design invites us to embrace a more multicultural future.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

BVisag is a brand based in Mexico City created by Belinda Visag.

She founded BVisag 10th years ago in Paris; with it, she tries to tell stories, creating a romantic and stylish line full of feelings and emotions. Her passion for the details and handmade clothes make unique pieces. Her work has been part of Fashion and Art Toronto for 9 consecutive years, participating also with two fashion films.

BVisag work has appeared in Vogue Italia, Now, Newspapers in Mexico, Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, Flesh Magazine, Nylon, auctions and expositions.
