SS18 Collection ABYSS

“Monochromatic never looked so good.”

Derived from trials and tribulations Alacho created this collection to empower women. In her design process she connect’s her personal emotions to her pieces, It’s how she expresses herself. With this installment, Alacho is going to show the women of today its okay to revert back and connect to memories whether they be good or bad; because just like an Abyss it may seem unfathomable or infinite but it’s just the beginning. There is always chaos before creation. ABYSS paints the perfect picture that beauty can come from darkness.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Alacho Coates was born in the beautiful country of Guyana in 1992. Growing up she always had a passion for art, creating little master pieces out of anything she could find. She took an Art class 3 years in a row, but it wasn’t until her high school created a Fashion class that she found her true calling. Alacho proceeded to join all the clubs necessary to fulfill her love for fashion including the Peace Quilt committee, Little Dolls organization and the Alteration department for her high school. Alacho uses fashion as a form of communication when creating her collections, So if you would like to take a walk down a dark road of beauty and catch a glimpse of what she has in store for the Fashion Industry be sure to come take a look at her debuting collection “ABYSS” by ALVCHO.
